Ball work and tactical drills to prepare for CD Castellón friendly

Ball work took centre stage in a hot session at the Ciudad Deportiva on Thursday morning. The coaching staff set out tactical drills for the players, including sprints and runs to improve endurance, exercises in bringing the ball out of the defence, and a mini-game for the squad.
Javi Gracia continues to give instructions to the players and be heavily involved in the sessions. He stopped the action on a number of occasions to offer advice to those on the pitch, whom he is preparing for a first preseason friendly against CD Castellón on Saturday.
